Without Ryan, there would be no X-mini™. The man that leads the X-mini™ team is the one with all the biggest dreams. Ryan has a head full of ideas and is always eager to share it with the rest of the world through the products that he develops. He is a firm believer of cherishing people over profit, which explains why at Xmi Pte Ltd, we are not just colleagues, but friends who work together towards achieving a dream that is bigger than all of us. Ryan also has a natural talent for coming up with the funniest one-liners and is a self-confessed camera whore even though he hardly ever appears in any of his pictures!

Bio

Barry is the go-to person in the office whenever anyone needs help with anything at all. His caring and easy-going character makes him one of the most well-loved people in the office. He is our resident X-mini™ rapper, having a knack for imitating Eminem and Jay-Z’s styles and ability to spit out rhymes with ease. Under the velvet glove is an iron fist though, as Barry is responsible for making sure that everyone is hard at work and kept in check. Despite this, he is always entertaining and still ensures that everyone in the office is happy and well taken care of.

Always cool, calm and collected, Desmond manages the process of developing the X-mini™ Capsule Speakers™ from the prototype stage to the final product. As an excuse to go shopping, he also contributes to research and development efforts by looking out for all the latest gadgets to ensure that X-mini™ stays ahead of the competition. His bubbly and happy-go-lucky disposition makes him a lot of fun to be around and he never fails to bring a smile to everyone’s face. Desmond also always makes sure that everyone is well-fed, often running out to buy the most delicious meals to fill our tummies!

Often seen punching the dial on his phone and running up and down the stairs for back-to-back meetings, Justin heads the Team responsible for sales and brand growth. Between the cracking of whips and crunching of numbers, Justin enjoys listening to music, travelling to the far corners of the earth and is fascinated by the different cultures of the world. He is also an avid reader and is often seen in the meeting room during lunch hours with his book and X-mini™ Capsule Speaker™, combining his two greatest loves.

As the Head of Logistics, Rowell is the one in charge of making sure that the X-mini™ Capsule Speakers™ arrive in all the 80 countries that we have business in. He loves to travel and is not afraid to admit that he is quite the shopaholic while he’s on holiday. His taste in music is rather contrary to his quiet and stoic demeanour, preferring tribal and trance music that he can boogie to!

Iris is far from your idea of the typical boring accountant, although she has no qualms about being very strict while she’s at work! Outside of the office, she enjoys having an ice cold beer while chilling out with her friends. The X-mini MAX II Capsule Speakers are also a must-have for this Hong Kong drama serial addict because they make watching the latest episodes on her laptop so much more exciting!

Max loves music but has an eclectic preference towards Classical, Trance and Radiohead which he listens to all day on his X-mini™ Capsule Speakers™ that are perched on his desk. As a fanatical French Horn player, Max has a keen ear for music and enjoys attending concerts. The passion he has for his job comes from the fact that he really loves the X-mini product. Max constantly exclaims that the X-mini™ Capsule Speaker™ is perfect for listening to Classical music so he often plays his favourite tracks as well as personal recordings of his own performances on his X-mini™ Capsule Speaker™ – the perfect way to pick out the smallest sounds to improve his skills.

Darrelle loves reading about the latest trends, gossip and of course all the coolest gadgets to stay in the know so that she can strategize on how to keep X-mini™ ahead of the game. Aside from that, she is a stickler for good grammar and is often teased to be suffering from OCD which she vehemently denies!
