If your X-mini seems to malfunction, please check the Knowledgebase to try and rectify the issue first. Alternatively, you may go back to the shop you bought your X-mini from and ask them to qualify the fault for you if there is indeed one.

If there is a fault with the X-mini, you may do a 1-to-1 Exchange with them. If not, ask for directions to do an exchange with the Distributor that supplied them the products. This is a standard for all technology related products.




If however, your X-mini is out of range of support with the shop, you may need to do the RMA with us directly. (This service will discontinue from 1st December 2010 as we are improving the procedures.)

  1. Fill up the RMA Request Form on the right to grab a RMA# from us. 
  2. Ensure you have your Receipt with you.
  3. Mail both the Faulty Unit and Receipt back to us at:

    13 Neil Road
    Singapore 088810

    With the RMA# on the parcel so that we know its you.
  4. Once we receive the parcel, we will qualify the fault for you and send you a replacement unit.
  5. We will not be able to entertain Returns with no Receipts.

If you are in Singapore, please come to our office to do a 1-to-1 Exchange. Please be reminded to bring your Receipt with you.
We are open from Monday to Friday, 11am to 6pm. Someone on duty will be able to assist you.
