My Unit is faulty, how do I get it replaced?


If you had purchased your unit with us on our WebShop, your unit is automatically registered in our database as you have an account with us. You can either contact the shop administrator via the “Contact Us”, or you can fill up the RMA form here and indicate your Order ID or Username in the “Others Please Specify”.


The store administrator will contact you and provide you with a RMA identification number that looks like this “RMA#<number>”. You will then need to send your unit back to our office at 13 Neil Road, Singapore 088810. Label the package with the RMA identification number so we know it’s you that sent it to us. Once we receive the package, we will test the unit for the specified fault. Once that is complete and found faulty by us, we will send you a replacement unit via Express Freight.
