X-Mini Support

If your X-mini seems to malfunction, please check the FAQ to try and rectify the issue first. Alternatively, you may go back to the shop you bought your X-mini from and ask them to qualify the fault for you if there is indeed one.

If there is a fault with the X-mini, you may do a 1-to-1 Exchange with them.

If however, your X-mini is out of range of support with the shop, you will need to do the RMA with us directly.
