How does my 1 year International Warranty help me?

All X-minis come with a 1 year international warranty.

What does this really mean for you?

When your unit malfunctions, we do require to obtain some critical information from you. Where you bought your X-mini and where you are based.

1. The first line of support you need to go to is the Retailer you bought it from to get an exchange. 

2. If they are not able to do an exchange for you, request to get an exchange from the Distributor that sold them the products.

3. If neither are willing to help you, then we will require you to send your unit to us directly with the receipt of purchase. Fill up the form here. (This Service will be terminated on 1 December 2021)

Corporate Gifts
If you received your X-mini as a Corporate Gift, yes, we have not forgotten you. In such a case, you need to go back to your company and get an exchange through them. Don't submit an RMA form, do the exchange through your company's contact.
1. There might be silkscreening done, so if you exchange with us, you will not have a similar speaker again.
2. Subject to stock availability - we do not keep stock to match Corporate Gift RMA.
3. Some speakers obtained via corporate gifts are out-of-warranty or could be EOL products.
